Unlimited Kickboxing is the first of its kind in Northern California. Set inside Milpitas Health and Fitness, you not only receive the best in Martial Arts training, but also enjoy all of the amenitites of a health club. The facilities include a fully equipped gym with free weights, cardio and circuit training machines. Our locker and shower rooms are newly renovated and include saunas and whirlpools.
Our programs focus on the disciplines of San Shou, Muay Thai, and Mixed Martial Arts. There are also high intensity, calorie burning Kickboxing Conditioning, Crosskick classes, as well as Focus Mitts and Thai Pad classes to help you reach your fitness goals. Our Kids and JRs Kickboxing program will help develope your child into a strong, disciplined, and motivated student.
